1. Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FTL VPN, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the app and any related services. Your continued use of the app indicates your ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they may be updated from time to time.
2. Description of the service
FTL VPN is a software service intended to help users enhance connection privacy, secure internet activity on supported devices, and access a convenient VPN experience through a simple interface. The exact functionality available may vary depending on device compatibility, platform requirements, regional conditions, maintenance needs, and subscription status.
3. Eligibility and proper use
You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms. You are responsible for how you use the service and for ensuring that your use does not violate the rights of others, disrupt networks, or interfere with the operation of the app. We expect users to act responsibly and not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or otherwise undermine the service.
4. Accounts, access, and availability
Some features may depend on device state, platform permissions, purchase status, or technical availability. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every purpose in every location. From time to time, access may be limited because of maintenance, updates, technical incidents, or reasons outside our control.
5. Auto-renewable subscriptions
FTL VPN may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features for a specified billing period. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price then applicable.
6. Managing and canceling subscriptions
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings after purchase. If you cancel, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period unless Apple's system states otherwise. Access to premium functionality may remain available until the end of the active billing cycle. Deleting the app alone does not automatically cancel a subscription.
7. Free trial information
From time to time, the app may offer a free trial to eligible users. If a subscription is purchased before a trial ends, any unused portion of the free trial may be forfeited. Trial availability, duration, and eligibility are determined by the platform and the offer configuration in effect at the time of purchase.
8. Refunds and Apple-related processing
Refunds for in-app purchases are generally handled by Apple under Apple's applicable policies and processes. We do not decide every refund outcome independently, and users may need to submit refund-related requests through Apple where required by the platform.
If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from an end user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user's in-app purchase consumption. This includes the following data: app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.
Such information may be provided only for legitimate operational purposes, including processing refund-related matters, verifying purchase activity, evaluating entitlement usage, and helping prevent abuse of the in-app purchase system.
9. Intellectual property
The app, website text, interface elements, trademarks, branding, layouts, graphics, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, decompile, extract, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior written permission from the rights holder.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. While we aim to offer a useful and reliable product, we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, always meet every user's expectations, or always operate without bugs, interruptions, delays, or compatibility limitations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or expected savings arising out of or related to the use of, inability to use, or performance of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, it will be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.
12. Changes to the service and the Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, with or without notice, when reasonably necessary for product improvement, legal compliance, maintenance, or operational reasons. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will apply from the moment it is published on the relevant page, unless otherwise stated.
